All families have troubles in them

A Message From
“On this day of your life, my friend, I believe God wants you to know that all families have troubles in them. Problem-free families do not exist. Indeed, the challenges in families are family’s greatest gifts.
How else could we be healed of all the false notions we have about what it means to be human? How else could we learn of real love, and of true compassion, and of total acceptance?
There is, of course, nothing to learn. There is only for us to remember what we have always known. And families give us the greatest opportunity to do that. Therefore, don’t condemn “Uncle Charlie” or “Aunt Matilda”. Rather, embrace them even more fully, and show them what it means to be fully human…so that they can find their way back home.
Love, Your Friend….
Neale”

The moon and the stars

“Living in the moment and being mindful takes practice and it is an incredible gift we can give to ourselves.
A wonderful way to practice is by eating mindfully. Prepare a special meal for yourself and really use your five senses while you eat it. Eat slowly and imagine all the people that made the food possible: the farmer who grew the seed, the person that sold the seeds, the grocery store, the pickers, the truckers and… then as you chew the food imagine, the sun, the moon and the stars in each bite.
Savor all of life and you’ll experience much more happiness and joy.
With lots of love and aloha,
Susan”

Spiritual Faith

With spiritual faith, your heart and mind open up and guide you in your search for personal truth. Faith in the spirituality of life is what makes your spiritual path possible.
Faith may sound like a form of belief, but belief is actually a fixation upon a version of the truth. When a belief becomes rigid, seeking and growth are not possible. For example, the biggest challenge facing quantum physics today is the enormous shift that is required from previous beliefs about the nature of reality. Researchers have to shift to a new view where time, space and physicality are liberated from the constraints which people previously believed that they had.
If you believe that you exist in a fixed location in space and that time must always pass you by like clockwork, think again. Subatomic particles do not share your beliefs about time and space. They take a much more liberated view. Subatomic particles pop in and out of physical manifestation millions of times per second, just when and where they feel like it. Their disregard for time is perplexing, to say the least, as they respond immediately to events in their future and even time travel backwards to alter their past when it suits them.
Now, we can all identify with the idea of creating a different future based on decisions that we make now, but creating a different past? Well, that’s what subatomic particles do, right there in the lab. As a result, in the mathematics of quantum physics today, one of the necessary tools is negative time – the ability of a particle to send a message into its past in order to change its own history.
Subatomic particles are friendly by nature. When they bump into another particle that they take a liking to, and they seem to like all of them, they become friends and carry on communicating with each other, for ever. The fact that they may become separated by millions of miles does not reduce their willingness to communicate.
The speed of their communications comes as a surprise. Einstein said that nothing exceeds the speed of light, but apparently subatomic particles weren’t listening when he said that. They communicate over huge distances virtually instantly. If there is a limit to the speed of transmitted thought, then that speed of thought has to be millions of times faster than the speed of light.
Subatomic particles, by their very freedom, serve to remind us of our true potential as conscious beings in a conscious universe. We are limited only by our personal collection of beliefs, our belief system. We also share our part of a larger, societal belief system, the consensus reality.
Faith in the spirituality of life is what makes your spiritual path possible. With spiritual faith – an open heart and an open mind – we can discover more about today’s New Reality and what it means to humanity. Discovering more about life expands our view of reality and evolves our belief systems.
Besides, and this is what really counts, it’s fun!

Choices
Written on March 5, 2010 at 12:59 am, by peaceman
A Message From VERONICA
“We have asked “how to do it” by many, who wish to resolve certain issues in their physical lives. Most aspire to view the obstacles that they perceive as external. The drama always the enemy needing to be overcome or extinguished.
In most of your region’s cultures it is taught to always place description outside the self. Reality therefore becoming a villain the one has to deal with or place even farther outside of the self.
The energy perceived as God for most is a benevolent one who however sends difficulties necessary to evolve or become more holy. We would say to them that the “crosses to bear” issues to deal with or just plain difficulties are created by the self.
They are not sent by an outside source, they are created within you.
We realize the first reaction to such a response will perhaps be somewhat negative. For who would intentionally create suffering for themselves?
Certainly it is a test by God or some other outside force.
The responsibility for your reality resides within you. For every suffering there is a thought process creating the moment.
Great growth can accompany such creations if one is prepared to “own” the creations.
Contemplate carefully the choices presented by the eternal self. Connect if possible to the long term linear effects upon this current life and the moments beyond it.
Choices are the basis for evolvement while linear. Good or bad by your perception they have brought you to where you are right now.
If you are reading this narrative, then you are seeking a connection not a disconnection.
Give yourself credit for that.
Regard the choices as opportunities.”

What do you call fun?
Written on March 3, 2010 at 12:11 am, by peaceman
A Message From
“On this day of your life, my friend, I believe God wants you to know that the degree to which people have evolved is instantly revealed through what they call entertainment and ‘fun’.
What do you call ‘entertainment’? What do you describe as being ‘fun’? How do you spend your free time? How do you spend your entertainment dollars? How much television do you watch? How many movies do you see? What kind of programs and films do you spend time on? How many books have you read this month? How many concerts have you caught? How many ballets have you seen? What kind of music do you listen to?
Does any of this matter? You might just as well ask if it matters what kind of food you eat. Nourishment for the mind is no different from nourishment for the body. What you put in is what you get back — in triplicate.
Love, Your Friend….
Neale”

“One of my favorite books is Illusions, by Richard Bach. If you haven’t read it I highly recommend it. There is one quote in it about families that I have always liked.
“The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other’s life. Rarely do members of one family grow up under the same roof.”
Having the support of your spiritual family as you proceed on your journey is comforting and makes the process a whole lot easier. Open your heart and your mind and let the magic begin.
With lots of love and aloha,
Susan”

The Doorway to the Meaning of Life
Written on February 28, 2010 at 12:59 am, by peaceman

by Owen Waters
Wandering through life looking for its meaning can be a heart-rending task. You begin life looking to your parents for meaning, then to your teachers and friends until, one day, you’re grown-up, educated, and still clueless.
You stand there, thinking that there has to be a reason why you’re here on this earth because you are constantly haunted from within by a sense of knowing that a reason really does exist. If only you could remember what it was.
At some point in your life, you look up from the hypnotizing clamor of daily existence and seek meaning in that which is above the physical realm of existence. In that moment, when your attention is focused on whatever higher consciousness may bring, you are receptive to new ideas and new information.
My life has been spent in pursuit of the awareness that there is a whole universe of discovery within each person’s higher awareness, just waiting to be explored. Earlier in life, when I was an employee, I’d often sit at my desk and drift away mentally into more interesting planes of awareness. Later, as a business owner, I was able to find quality time for some really deep reflection. I used to rise bright and early for a fascinating morning of study and meditation and then roll into the office, ready to begin work, at the crack of noon.
Today, when people ask me about how to find the meaning in their lives, the first thing I do is point out the doorway to their own personal world of inner knowledge. The doorway is within your heart and it leads from the world of physical tumult into spiritual realms of inner peace and revelation.
You have only to detach from the stress and turmoil of daily living to enter your own heart consciousness, feel the love there which patiently awaits you, and move through the doorway into a higher awareness.
It is in that state of higher awareness that you discover the unique meaning of your life. It is there that you find the peace of mind that always eluded you. It is there that the light of inner wisdom joins with the love that flows freely throughout the universe.
This union of love and light brings forth the enlightenment for which all sentient beings strive, and it all begins with unconditional love. Acceptance of yourself and everyone as you are, followed by gratitude for life itself and the experience that this life brings, opens up the doorway of the heart and leads onwards into the realms of self-discovery.
