A Message From
“Talk about unconditional love! Even if I just go out for a few minutes I get a joyous greeting from my dogs.
Imagine if we were willing and able to simply ask to be loved like they are? What if we asked people to pat us and love us whenever we wanted to. What if we greeted our loved ones joyously whenever they came home and we never stayed mad at anyone?
As a friend often reminds me, dog is god spelled backwards. We can learn a lot from animals if we are willing.

Your True Inner Nature

Sooner or later every man and woman wakes up to the fact that they are divine beings. Despite the appearance that we are physical in nature and that reality is filtered through the perceptions of our physical brains, there is much more to each human being than their physical aspect.
Above your physical brain is your mind, which is a field of consciousness. Within that field of consciousness, you exist as an aspect of the divine source from which you came.
Long ago, you inserted yourself into the human experience. In those days, nothing was yet physical and being human meant being a specialized personality with the freewill to explore consciousness in greater detail than previously.
Later, physical experience was sought as it made the experience of being a rational, freewill-driven, unique personality all the more interesting. At that point, being physical meant living in a lighter density than today’s version of physical existence.
The experience of being physical was so fascinating that, like youngsters excited about a new thrill ride at a funfair, we said, “How about if we try it with the lights out?” And, so, the lights went out.
Today, we are immersed deeper than ever in the human experience of being physical. This includes being apparently cut off from the normal information flow that comes with higher consciousness and we’re here to find the answer that lies somewhere out there in the gloom. Or, is it somewhere inside instead of somewhere out there?
Being mostly disconnected from the inner light means that we don’t have an inbuilt awareness of our oneness with the universe. We have to earn that realization through dedicated meditation. We don’t have always-on telepathic ability to exchange thoughts and feelings with other life forms. Conscious telepathy takes patience and practice. We aren’t attuned with conditions in nature like animals are. When an earthquake jolt is imminent or a tsunami is headed our way, wild animals suddenly head for the hills and we’re left wondering why our pets are getting agitated.
As humans today, what we do have is self-awareness, intellect, and freedom of choice. Within this mysterious maze of the thrill ride of being human with the inner lights turned off, there is a treasure to be found. That treasure is the realization that the light was there all the time, yet hidden from sight.
When you first find the spiritual light within, it begins to beckon you forward into the realms of more light. Then, you are firmly on the path of spiritual discovery. You are heading back along the pathway to the level of consciousness from which you came before the thrill ride began.
Remember, your brain is not your mind and your mind is not your real personality. Your immortal soul is your real personality and it is functioning through the filter of who you became in this particular lifetime.
Attune yourself with your soul consciousness every day and you will always be able make the right choices in life. When you sense the essence of your true personality, you will also sense which of the options that lie before you resonate best with your inner guidance. This attunement with the right options and their real potential is the secret to gaining the most from your experience of life as a human being.

Timeline

“It is beneficial while physical to recognize and separate from the conscious perception of time whenever one is able.
Physical life needs the timeline to define and understand the progression of the body. In actuality the physical form was designed to last at least 200 of your earth years… the system easily regenerating itself through positive thought.
The distractions in focus combined with the toxins created through neglect and improper use have limited most lives to less than 100 years. This ironically is perceived as an improvement in your more recent moments.
Before the most recent historical documentation the life spans were more easily lengthened. (We are speaking of Atlantis and Lemuria.) A shift in perception and aligning resulted in more disease and difficulty for spirit to manifest in physical biological form.
There is at this time, opportunity for energy shifts and expansions that some have identified as a linear 2012. We say yes there is a shift but the linear timeline is rather irrelevant.
Energy is regaining its foothold upon the idea of biology in your sphere of reality. There is an expansion that will transcend time as you know it.
We advise adherence to non-linear perceptions whenever possible. It is the swiftest path to evolution especially if you are linear.
Calm the chaos, silence the chatter. Become one with your energy that is timeless. Then and only then will there be unification with your participation in this timeline.
Seek the silence.”

“It is so easy to get distracted and that is often how we create what we ‘don’t’ want. We say we want to create something and then get distracted by our old thoughts and way of being. So, we create more of the same old same old.
Consistently focusing an what we do want will allow us to create what we want. Remembering to connect with our spirit will lead to more happiness and joy. Distracting ourselves from that connection will lead to drama.

How The Shift Will Happen

The ancient Mayan culture gave us more than the Mayan cosmic cycles. They were an early test case for the process of physical ascension that the entire planet is about to experience in the near future.
Their cycles work made us aware that December 21st, 2012 is when several long-term cosmic cycles of influence upon human consciousness come to a close, all on the same date, and new cycles begin. There is a 5,125 year cycle, a longer 26,000-year cycle, and some even longer-term cycles as well, all converging on that one date.
The Mayan civilization existed up until 830 A.D, yet their astronomical knowledge exceeded today’s level of knowledge in many ways. They not only knew the precise orbits of the planets in our solar system, but also the orbits of the stars in our galaxy. They even had cataloged information on major cosmic events going back more than 400 million years. The Mayan calendars are masterpieces which illustrate the repeating time-spirals of cosmic cycles within cycles within cycles.
Then, the Mayans suddenly disappeared from their cities, leaving no traces behind as to where they had moved and, yet, left their cooking pots and utensils behind. There is no sign that they suddenly died from some mysterious ailment and they did not move to another known location. That means they didn’t relocate anywhere here on this physical earth. Instead, they moved up a level from our third-density level of existence into fourth density. They didn’t move away; they moved up.
Fourth density is less dense than our world, but it is still physical. It is also home to the spirit realms or the afterlife. If you were a physical human living in fourth density, you would find it relatively easy to contact people in spirit bodies. They would live in a higher sub-realm of fourth density than you, but you’d both be in the overall fourth-density layer of existence on this planet.
The Mayans engaged in a prototype experiment to ascend from third density to fourth density. They weren’t the only test group engaging in such experiments. In New Mexico, for example, the residents of Bandelier and Puye Cliff Dwellings successfully ascended, as did the residents of Machu Picchu in Peru. Those test groups moved from third density up into fourth density.
The ascension that is about to happen on Earth in the near future will be very similar and, yet, it will be different in one major respect. We won’t be leaving our old world behind to move into a new one. Our world will ascend along with everything in it, including us.
Our entire realm of existence will increase in frequency and move up into a fourth-density frequency band. This time, the cooking pots and utensils won’t get left behind; they’ll come with us, as will everything else in our reality.
When this occurs, people who are alive in physical bodies will experience physical ascension, right after those in the afterlife experience their ascension to a higher sub-realm of fourth density. In fact, they’ll vacate the sub-realm that we’ll be moving into.
The nature of this global ascension was foreseen as long as two millennia ago by Jesus, who even foresaw the sequence of events. He said that, in the twinkling of an eye, the dead shall be raised and we shall be changed. But first, he said, the ‘dead’ shall rise and then we will be caught up together with them in the ‘clouds’ (i.e. higher realms.)
So, the ‘dead’ – the spirits residing in the afterlife – will first rise to a higher sub-realm of their fourth-density existence and then we will be moved up into fourth density.
This upcoming transformation of our world into fourth density is referred to as the Ascension, the Rapture, the Resurrection, or simply as The Shift. Today, we think of The Shift as the phenomenon where everything is changing very quickly. In the future, however, The Shift will be looked back upon as the day the world suddenly changed or ‘rose in the heavens.’
The Shift will occur when the time is right for humanity to handle the experience. This means, when a critical mass is reached in the emerging New Reality consciousness. Fourth density is a heart-centered frequency band of consciousness.
When enough people operate in that level of consciousness, then humanity will be ready to make the mass shift into fourth density.
Percentage-wise, the number of people required to reach the tipping point is small because higher consciousness has proportionately more influence on the global mind atmosphere than the lower frequencies.
After 2012, promoting widespread New Reality consciousness will be a lot easier then before, as the old cycles will have finished and the positive influences of new cycles will be in effect. That means that your efforts to change the world through positive thought and action will be working in a positive environment instead of the old, decaying, end-of-cycle environment.
Every step that you take to foster heart-centered consciousness within yourself and others affects the global mind atmosphere profoundly as we work towards that tipping point.
When the global ascension of The Shift happens and the New Reality blooms, it will become the most wonderful transformation in recorded history.
It will be remembered as the time when humanity literally built heaven on earth!

“Love Is The Answer”
Beloved Ones,
In the dawn of a new era, there are many challenges facing each one of you. Face these challenges in the Love and joy of your Sacred Heart. We ask you each to remain in the Love of your Sacred Heart. This Love will carry you through all challenges which confront you. This Love will carry you through every Moment in the Now. This Love is the foundation of all Creation and is the key to your New Age and your new life in the fifth dimension. All challenges will be resolved to the highest vibration you are capable of holding when you approach solutions from the vibration of Love. Love is the highest vibration, and the solution to a challenge is always found at a higher vibration than the vibration of the challenge you are facing. Sit quietly and breathe deeply, when you are faced with a challenge, Beloved Ones. Sit quietly and breathe in the All, breathe in the Elixir of Life. Feel the expansiveness, feel the fullness of the Love of your Sacred Heart. Sit quietly and breathe deeply as you allow the Love to overcome the negativity of the ego and the lower self desires. Creating solutions from the lower self and the ego will only bring imperfect solutions into your conscious awareness and theses solutions will only bring you more pain and suffering. Create from the Sacredness of your Divine God Self and your heart. You have the capability to remain in Love in every Now Moment. Accept this, meditate upon this and allow your solutions to be created within the Love of your Sacred Heart.
Be the vibrations of Love, Dear Ones. Hold your consciousness, your awareness, your Divine God Self and every aspect and facet of you, in the vibration of Love. Your four bodies will come into balance and harmony very quickly, when you hold the vibration of Love. For your physical body, sit in meditation and take your consciousness within your body. Go within each organ and radiate love to the organ. Use your inner guidance to understand what you are holding within each organ, of the lower desire ego. Each organ has a function in regards to your thoughts and emotions and will hold the negativity of your thoughts and emotions. Find the balance within each organ and release all that no longer serves your highest good within each organ and once again radiate love to the organ and thank it for its part in maintaining perfect physical health for your body. Go within your energetic meridians, your hands, your feet, your arms, your legs, your brain structure. Go within the thymus and ask it to produce the life giving hormone. Go within your brain structure and connect in with your pituitary and pineal glands, as these glands are taking on a more important role in your new crystalline body, as you lift yourselves up to the fifth dimension. Go within your body, and radiate love, and assist your bodies when healing is needed. You may become perfectly attuned to your physical body and you may once again be in perfect harmony with your body elemental. You body elemental has been waiting for you to connect with it and work in harmony for the perfect physical health of your body. The transition to the crystalline light body will become effortless as you fully attune to your body. You will find you experience less dis-ease as you are fully attuned to the physical.
Spend time dear Ones, connecting with your emotional body. Radiate love, and compassion, as you ask your emotional body to work in complete attunement to your highest good. Ask your emotional body to come into balance and harmony within each chakra and within the Seven Rays. Ask your ego to work in tandem under the guidance of your God Self. Your ego desires to be in charge as it has for millennia, as it fears losing its job. With great Love, you may assist the ego to come into balance under the guidance of your Divine God Self.
Your mental body will also respond to the great Love and compassion which you radiate to it. Your mental body has also been overtaken by the demands of the lower desire body and the ego. With great Love, your mental body will respond as you ask it to release all the lower thoughts and to come under the guidance of your God Self. Ask your mental body to come into balance within your chakras and your Seven Rays.
Release, release, and continue to release, Dear Ones, as you connect in with each body and transmute with the Violet Flame all that no longer serves you and all that no longer serves the highest good of all Creation. When you are complete, fill yourselves with the vibration of Love and bring your Self into the Love of your Sacred Heart. Sit quietly, as you make this connection, the spiritual connection associated with your spiritual body. You will have come full circle as you have completed a very powerful healing for your Self.
A healing of this order is not accomplished all at once. It is as if you are peeling back the layers of an onion. Be prepared to do this often, and you will see the results, you will live your lives with ease and grace as you come into balance and harmony within your four bodies.
Remember, each exercise you have been asked to do, is based upon radiating the vibration of Love. Love is the answer in every Now Moment. It is the answer to every challenge, relationship, situation you will ever be a part of. Love is the answer through eternity. It is the answer to the creation of all your heart’s desires. Love is the All, there is nothing else. We ask you to understand this, and turn this understanding into a deep knowingness and “Beingness” within the Love of your Sacred Heart. Love makes all things new, and you will have found the secret to the life you choose to lead, when you are this Love, every Moment in the Now. Once again, we ask you to “Be” Love. Start the day in Love, live the day in Love, and end the day in Love, Make every thought, word, and deed, one of Love.
Call upon the guidance of those of the higher realms, we will surround you in Love and assist you to hold the vibration of Love, but you must ask for our help.
I am with you, to assist you also, to “Be” the love of your Sacred Heart.

Past Lives

“Outside of the linear there dwells an infinity of experience that plays a part in your current physical existence. Since when you are born into most cultures you are taught and expected to consider only the current moment this can sometimes be overwhelming.
It is, however, a fact. You have multiple lives that make up the “novel” of your linear participation. When not embodied you do have recall of the information. In body there are sometimes coincidental moments that often give one pause. Sometimes one can explain them away, however, often they remain an enigma to the current perspective.
So if there are incidents that feel incomplete or out of sync with your life, it may be that it is an episode in the grander picture of your existence. These incidents often may make perfect sense in a full perspective of your multiple incarnating.
Opening the mind to such a possibility can give clarity to the confusing moments while defining who you are as a soul not the personality you are manifesting as in this life.
An advanced soul will often have several thousand experiences to draw upon while engaging a lesson or plan.
Multiple lives are a tool to the soul’s evolution.”
